Your room will be ready for you to check in by 3 p.m. at the latest. If you arrive a little earlier, you are welcome to park your car in our hotel car park free of charge. You are also welcome to use our wellness area.

Upon request and subject to availability, there is the option of late check-out (until 6 p.m.). Price: € 25.00 per room.

You are very welcome to use the car park throughout the day.

Your four-legged friends are also very welcome here. Due to the cleaning costs involved, we charge €26.00 per pet per night (no differentiation based on size or allergy-friendly status, etc.). Dogs are allowed in Eva’s hotel bar during meal times.

If you arrive early and your room is not yet ready, you are welcome to leave your luggage at reception (subject to availability, no liability for loss).

Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. Up to 3 days before arrival, 50% of the room price will be charged. From 3 days before arrival, 80% will be charged.

Cancellation conditions for groups (10 people or more)

The entire reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. From 29 days to 7 days before arrival, 20% of the rooms booked can be cancelled free of charge. Late cancellations and changes, no-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount. In all other respects, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.

The PlateauCard Seefeld is the free guest card for the Seefeld region. You will receive it upon arrival and benefit from numerous advantages such as free travel on public transport in the region, discounts on mountain railways, leisure and sports activities, and attractive discounts at partner businesses.

All kinds of activities are available, including skiing lessons, cross-country skiing lessons, climbing, e-bike tours, Wildsee lake for teenagers, alpaca trekking, horse riding and much more.

There is a children’s play area with board games, colouring materials and a curling rink.

Yes, we have a children’s menu with favourite dishes for our little Eden friends.

Children are welcome in the pool. However, we ask that you be considerate of our adults who are seeking relaxation.

Either as part of a late check-out (subject to availability, until 6 p.m. and for €25.00/room) or after check-out at 11 a.m. until the evening, free of charge.

Even if you book “only” bed and breakfast, you can still enjoy all Eden’s inclusive services (except dinner).

The “PlateauCard” guest card is included in the vacation package and is issued at accommodations in the region. You will receive the guest card directly from us upon arrival. Information about the benefits can be found here.

The guest cards are only valid for one stop in each direction on the S-Bahn (towards Germany to Scharnitz – towards Innsbruck to Reith b. Seefeld).

The bus to Wildmoosalm leaves directly opposite our hotel almost every 30 minutes.  To the timetables

There is something for everyone in our region. On the Seefeld Tourism Association website, everyone can find the right hike for them.

To make traveling a little easier and more carefree, we have your hiking poles ready and waiting for you on site. You are welcome to borrow them from us during your stay.

In winter, there is a ski storage room, and in summer, there is a bicycle storage room. You can access these rooms with your room card.

You can find everything you need to know about golf in Seefeld and the surrounding area on the Seefeld Tourism Association website. The GolfAlpinCard is also accepted at the surrounding golf courses.

As we are a Golf Partner Hotel, you will receive discounts on your green fees at the SEEFELD/REITH and SEEFELD WILDMOOS golf courses.

You can obtain cross-country skiing tickets directly on site from our reception team. Discounted cross-country skiing tickets can only be issued after you have checked in at the hotel (registration at the registration office/issuance of guest card).

The cross-country skiing arena is a leisurely 10-minute walk (700 m) from our hotel. However, you can also use the ski bus –  to the timetables.

The ski storage room is located directly opposite the hotel entrance. You can access it with your room card.
