Special feature: in the early and late seasons, we serve breakfast à la carte – for maximum freshness and personal service.

In the evening, a culinary experience awaits you in the lovingly decorated Adam’s Bistro: our gourmet half-board includes a daily changing 4-course menu and varied buffets.
Look forward to fresh salads, fine starters, sophisticated main courses and tempting desserts – all freshly prepared with regional ingredients and great attention to detail.
For the main course, you can choose between meat, fish or a vegetarian option, depending on your taste. For our younger guests, there are special dishes from the Eden children’s menu.
Our restaurant team will be happy to guide you through the evening and recommend the perfect wine from our selection.
