Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring smooth service in the morning to give each of our guests an excellent start to the day
• Preparing the breakfast station in the restaurant and on the terrace – also for your colleagues in the lunch service
• Assigning our apprentices according to their individual skills and abilities
• Ensuring compliance with and further development of our quality standards

Do you enjoy working with guests, like things to be tidy and are good at organising? As a chef de rang, you are passionate about your role as host. Together with service manager Gianni, you are responsible for your own station and are the point of contact for guests in the Seebach Restaurant. With your specialist knowledge, you also promote the training and further education of employees, especially apprentices.

Your job will involve:

• You are responsible for the smooth running of your own station and recommend and sell our culinary offerings.

• You manage and train the commis chefs, interns and apprentices assigned to you.

• You contribute creative and varied ideas to your daily work.

• You are responsible for maintaining and further developing our quality standards and strictly adhere to HACCP guidelines.

Have you already had the opportunity to get a taste of service? Professional experience is of course an advantage. Or perhaps you simply want to reorient yourself or retrain? As a commis de rang, you will support our long-standing service team with simple tasks under the guidance of our chefs de rang.

Your job will involve:

• You will be responsible for mise en place in your area.
• You will be responsible for any service tasks, such as setting the tables or taking orders for drinks and food preparation.
• You will ensure order and cleanliness in the restaurant and work area.
