Your apprenticeship with us at Das Hotel Eden lasts four years (double apprenticeship) with a detailed training plan where you can read exactly what you will learn with us.

During your apprenticeship, you will have a contact person who will support you and assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

The most important tasks you can expect in service include sales and consulting, setting tables correctly, beverage and wine service, and billing guests.

In addition, you will gain detailed insight into our large hotel kitchen – from the creative preparation of various dishes and desserts, menu planning, to purchasing goods and calculating food costs.

Would you like to choose an additional focus in marketing, HR or accounting, or do additional training? Are you looking for an apprenticeship with lots of possibilities and opportunities?

Your workplace will be the Adams Bistro and our well-equipped hotel kitchen.

You can contribute your creativity by helping to design the food and drink menus or table decorations, for example.

You can demonstrate your sales talent and charm to guests.

You will immerse yourself in the world of numbers and table billing.

Of course, you will also work weekends with us – but you will have every second weekend off and can also take your days off consecutively.

you are skilled, polite and value a well-groomed appearance.

you have a positive compulsory school leaving certificate or are an ambitious secondary school dropout.
