What you can look forward to with us
First step towards independence
You can get a room in the staff house and have company in the form of a roommate.
Good transport links
The train station is a 5-minute walk away, so you can easily take the train.
Full board
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided 7 days a week, so you can spend your entire wage on leisure activities.
Learning from the masters
You will work alongside our creative head chef, our master confectioner or our service manager, allowing you to gain a wealth of experience.
Free cleaning of your work clothes
To give you more free time, we take care of cleaning your work clothes. Washing machines and dryers are available in the staff house for your other laundry.
Free training
We offer ongoing training and further education, e.g. filleting, kitchen safety and the correct use of social media.
Insights into other hotels
We are four hotels in the List Group in Vienna, Tyrol and Carinthia: once a year, you have the opportunity to gain an insight into another hotel kitchen.
Apprentice dinner
Be a chef for a day and organise a dinner with the other apprentices in the house, from creating the menu to shopping and cooking. You can invite your loved ones to join you.
Joint activities
Such as a welcome event, end-of-season party, joint excursions or the final trip for apprentices.
Fair and punctual payment
Salary according to collective agreement/apprenticeship year from €1,000 in the 1st year of apprenticeship.
