Step into a world of relaxation. Sauna fans will get their money’s worth at our 4*superior hotel. Let time stand still and enjoy the view of the mountains from our panorama sauna. In the classic version – the Finnish sauna – you can work up a sweat at 80 to 100°C. In the bio sauna, you can gently warm up your body, and you will also find relaxation and recuperation in the revitalising steam bath.
In the infrared Kneipp room, tired bodies can be regenerated or rebuilt. The infrared Kneipp room also has a healing effect.
Our sauna world is open from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. for our guests aged 14 and over.
Panoramic sauna
Enjoy the dreamlike view of the Tyrolean mountains and work up a sweat at temperatures between 80°C and 100°C. After a wonderful sauna session, you can relax in the relaxation area on the day beds or on the sun terrace by the biotope. Our tea bar with fruit and Tyrolean mountain water is also available for you.
Bio sauna
The ‘little sister’ of the Finnish sauna with a pleasant temperature of 40°- 50° C and higher humidity. Start your sauna session with the ‘gentle sauna’, enjoy the scent and then switch to the Finnish sauna.
Eden tip: Take a short ‘break’ in between and use our ice fountain to cool down.
Finnish sauna
The Finnish sauna is the classic version of the dry sauna. At 80° to 100°C and low humidity, this sweat bath warms up the blood circulation, which promotes blood flow in all areas of the body.
Steam bath
The steam bath is a variant of the sweat bath with very high humidity and a lower temperature than in a sauna. The steam bath is usually between 40 and 50°C, so it is gentler on the circulation than a classic sauna.
Eden tip: Enjoy the wonderful steam bath for about 15 minutes.
Infrared "Kneipp Stüberl"
A different kind of sauna experience. Our comfortable seats offer plenty of space for you to relax! Ideal for a stressed back or simply to pamper your body.
Not to mention – the treatment is also beneficial to your health.

Whether after a wonderful day on the mountain or on the ski slopes – the relaxation room at Eden SPA is just the right place to sit back and relax. Take time for your next sauna session, between cosmetic and massage treatments, or simply enjoy the wellness oasis – you can do all this here at the Eden SPA.
Relaxation area with water beds
Peace and warmth are balm for the body. Our warming water beds with relaxing music not only invite you to spend a few quiet minutes to yourself, but also give your body gentle massages for the ultimate feel-good effect. A soothing place for body, mind and soul. Try it out!
Sun terrace in the Garden of Eden
Your sunny spot on the high plateau – the sun terrace surrounding the panorama sauna and biotope invites you to relax and unwind. Whether you want to soak up the sun or simply switch off, you can experience pure relaxation on comfortable loungers on the sun terrace with views of the Tyrolean mountains.
