Your responsibilities
- Monitoring and assisting with arrivals and departures as well as reservations for individual and group guests
- Working closely with all departments of our hotel, including marketing
- Actively selling individual and group incentive reservations
- Working in the Revenue & Yield team – pricing (Ideas Revenue System)
- Maintaining and entering master data, packages (HNS, Fidelio/Opera)
- Creating and checking accounts receivable/reports/master data
- Contact person for employees in all matters
- Close cooperation with and representation of management/MOD services

- ou already have a degree or vocational qualification in the relevant field and have gained experience working at reception.
- you are familiar with reservation systems as well as Word and Excel.

- you speak several languages.

Fair and punctual payment:
We offer a gross monthly salary starting at €2,700 (full-time basis) with a willingness to pay above this amount depending on your qualifications and experience.
