Our reception team is looking for support. Do you love communicating with people? As a team member at reception, you will welcome guests from the very first contact – whether by phone, email or at check-in. The 4*superior Hotel Eden in the heart of the Seefeld region – Tyrol’s high plateau – is looking for support for its front office and reservations team.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for check-in and check-out with Tyrolean charm and warmth.
• Checking arrivals and departures as well as reservations for individual and group guests via email or telephone.
• Advising guests and introducing them to the advantages of our region.
• Performing service-specific tasks at reception, such as writing menus and the morning post.
• Working closely with all departments of our hotel.
• Keeping a trained and watchful eye on cash management and credit card checks.

Do you enjoy working with guests and interacting with people? Are you communicative, service-oriented and meticulous? Do you have some experience working at reception and find check-in and check-out procedures easy to handle?

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and assisting with arrivals, departures and reservations for individual and group guests
• Working closely with all departments of our hotel, including marketing
• Actively selling individual and group incentive reservations
• Working in the Revenue & Yield team – pricing (Ideas Revenue System)
• Maintaining and entering master data, packages (HNS, Fidelio/Opera)
• Creating and checking accounts receivable/reports/master data
• Acting as a point of contact for employees in all matters
• Close cooperation with and representation of management / MOD services
