What you need to know about using our spa...
Your treatment:
Please arrive in the spa 5 minutes before your appointment. If you are late, your treatment session will be that much shorter. Please arrive for your treatment freshly showered and wearing the bathrobe that you will find in your room.
Relax and have a cup of tea or a glass of revitalising Grander water, and we will tell you when it's time for your treatment. Special requests: We will be glad to put together a treatment for you that meets your special requests.
Your health:
We want to make sure the treatments suits
you perfectly, please let us know when booking if you have
any health problems, illnesses, allergies etc. We offer special
treatments for anyone enjoying the wonderful experience of
pregnancy.
Cancelling and changing appointments:
Cancellations up to 6 hours before your session are free of charge. Otherwise we charge 80% of the price.
Garden of Eden spa products to take home:
All the products that we use are available for purchase from the spa Reception desk. We deliver orders of over € 100.- free of charge (to EU countries, not including Switzerland, the USA etc.).
Gift vouchers:
We are happy to create personalised gift vouchers for spa experiences.
Towels:
You will find towels in the Spa area bag in your room. Recovery time: If you choose to interrupt your recovery time, please do not reserve a lounger with your towel etc., out of consideration for other guests.
Naked zone:
Please note that the entire sauna complex is a naked zone (and for 16 years and older). Panoramic sauna in the Garden of Eden: Naked zone, please only enter in your bathrobe.
Your visit to the spa:
Please ensure that you shower before using the saunas, steam baths or swimming pool. Tea, coffee, fruit and snacks etc. are available for you to enjoy during short breaks.
Because of the risk of breakages or injury, please only take plastic cups and plates into the swimming or sauna area.
