Enjoy the fantastic view of the Tyrolean mountains and work up a sweat between 80°-100° C. After a wonderful sauna session, you can round off your day in the relaxation area on the day beds or on the sun terrace by the biotope. Our tea bar with fruit and Tyrolean mountain water is also available for you.
The "little sister" of the Finnish sauna with a pleasant heat of 40° - 50° C and higher humidity. Start your sauna session with the "gentle sauna", enjoy the fragrance and then switch to the Finnish sauna.
Eden tip: Take a short ‘break’ in between and use our ice fountain to cool down.
The classic version of the dry sauna is the Finnish sauna. At 80° to 100°C and low humidity, this sweat bath warms the blood circulation, which promotes blood flow in all parts of the body.
The steam bath is a variant of the sweat bath with very high humidity and a lower temperature than in a sauna. The steam bath is usually between 40 and 50°C, making it gentler on the circulation than a classic sauna.
Eden tip: Enjoy the marvellous steam bath for about 15 minutes.
