Important information for your holiday in Seefeld

Free parking in Seefeld, Tyrol

Our large, private car park is available to all hotel guests free of charge. Additional covered parking spaces/carports € 10.00 per night (subject to availability). Locked garage € 15.00 per night (subject to availability).

Arrival and departure

Check-In: Your room is ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival.
Check-Out: We ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am on the day of departure. Late check-out is also possible on request and subject to availability for an additional charge.

Cancellation conditions

Arrival days from 5^thof January, 2025

Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Up to 3 days before arrival 50% of the room price will be charged. From 3 days before arrival 80% will be charged.

Arrival days 21^st of December 2025 to 6^th of January 2026
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 1 month before arrival. Up to 3 days before arrival 50% of the room price will be charged. From 3 days before arrival 80% will be charged.

Cancellation conditions for groups (from 10 persons)

The entire reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. 29 days to 7 days before arrival 20% of the booked rooms can be canceled free of charge. Cancellations and changes that are made late or no-shows or early departures will be charged with the total amount. Otherwise, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.

There are 4 barrier-free rooms (in the Standard and Comfort categories) with level-access showers available at our hotel in Tyrol.

Holiday with a dog

Dogs are only welcome in the main building and we therefore ask you to book in advance. We charge € 26.00 per night/dog. Dogs are not allowed in Adam's Bistro and Garten Eden & Spa.

You can bring your four-legged friend to Eva's Versuchung for breakfast and dinner at any time.

In case of heavy soiling in the room, final cleaning may be charged additionally.
