Our large, private car park is available to all hotel guests free of charge. Additional covered parking spaces/carports € 10.00 per night (subject to availability). Locked garage € 15.00 per night (subject to availability).
Check-In: Your room is ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival.
Check-Out: We ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am on the day of departure. Late check-out is also possible on request and subject to availability for an additional charge.
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
No deposit required. Credit card details are valid as a booking guarantee.
Cancellations and changes that are made late or no-shows or early departures will be charged with the total amount. Otherwise, the relevant provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply, subject to change.
Cancellation conditions Christmas/New Year's Eve
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
After that 50% of the room price will be charged. From 3 days before arrival 80% will be charged.
Cancellations and changes that are made late or no-shows or early departures will be charged with the total amount. In addition, the relevant provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply, subject to change.
Cancellation conditions winter, from 7 January 2024
Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
From 6 to 3 days before arrival 80% will be charged. Cancellations and changes that are made late or no-shows or early departures will be charged with the total amount. Otherwise, the relevant provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply, subject to change.
Cancellation conditions for groups (from 10 persons)
The entire reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. 14 days to 7 days before arrival, 20% of the booked rooms can be cancelled free of charge. Cancellations and changes that are made late or no-shows or early departures will be charged with the total amount. Otherwise, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.
