All our 74 spacious rooms and suites have balconies with a fabulous panoramic view of the surrounding world of mountains. They have satellite TV, radio and an Internet connection. Of course all rooms have a mini bar, hair dryer and an electronic room safe. Living in Hotel Eden means living in style in an up-to-date and cosy atmosphere

• Facts

  The prices are given in Euro and are per person and day, including breakfast buffet until 10.30 a.m. or late-riser`s until 12 a.m., cake buffet in the afternoon, a 4-course dinner (selections from a set menu) with salad and cheese from buffet as well as free use of our EDEN SPA.

   

  All rooms are luxuriously furnished with bathroom, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, WC, safe, multimedia centre with LCD flat-screen TV and free internet access, mini-bar and balcony.

   

  Children from 0 to 4 years of age are free in parental room.

  From 5 to 9 years of age you receive a discount from 70 %, from 10 to 15 years of age 50 % and from 16 years 25 %.

   

  The local visitor`s tax of € 1,50 per person and day has to be added on.

   

  You are welcome to reserve a covered, private car-parking space at a charge of € 10,00 per day and space. Free car-parking spaces are also available to our guests.

   

  Dogs only permitted in the main building. We admit to charge € 10,00 per day without food.

   

  In the case of late arrival or early depature, the full room price will be charged.

  Otherwise, the relevant provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply.

  Parking


  you are welcome to hire a covered parking space if you like. We charge €10.00 per day and parking space. Parking spaces at no charge are available to our guests.

  Pets 


  Dogs are welcome in our main building. We charge €10.00 (without feed) per day.

  Rooms

  On day of arrival, your room will be available from 3.00pm.
 On day of departure we would ask you to vacate your room by 11.00am.

  Wheelchair accessible 


  There are four handicapped accessible rooms.

  Cancellations 


  Cancellations up to 1 month before your day of arrival do not incur any charges. We charge 50% of the room rate for cancellations up to 7 days before day of arrival. In the event of cancellations within one week before day of arrival, or non-arrival, or early departure, we charge 80% of the room rate.
